Our Vision
At Te Atatū Health, we are committed to making high-quality healthcare more accessible for you and your family. To achieve this, we’ve built a team of like-minded staff, extended our opening hours, invested in innovative IT systems, and ensured consistency of care with our doctors.
Here are just a few of the ways we support our patients:
Extended hours: We open at 7am every weekday, making it easier for working adults to see a doctor before work. On Mondays and Thursdays we stay open until 7pm.
Longer appointments: Standard appointments are 20 minutes, giving us the time to provide safe, thorough, and tailored care for you and your family.
Open notes: Through the Indici patient portal, you can read your clinical notes, view results, message your doctor or nurse, request repeat prescriptions, and track your annual health screenings.
Equitable access: We provide low-cost services for Community Services Card holders and their dependents, Māori and Pacific peoples, and those living in quintile 5 communities.
We warmly welcome you to the Te Atatū Health whānau.
